Refunds
You have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to return an item for any reason and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide your original transaction ID number.
Warranty
Door Monkey warrants all the products sold to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal, non commercial use for a period of one year from the date of your original purchase. Customers who return a product within 30 days from the date of the original purchase can choose to receive a refund or a replacement. Replacement products will be provided for items returned after the initial 30 day period but within the one year period. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, you must provide your original transaction ID number and the defective product. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or products that have been modified.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to products purchased from a source other than Jordacon Enterprises LLC, dba Door Monkey, or a Jordacon Enterprises Authorized Reseller.
Return Procedure
Before returning any product, you must first contact support@DoorMonkey.com to receive return authorization and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement within five working days.
Shipping
Door Monkey will pay shipping costs for replacement items sent to the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
